A ride in canoe-kayak or raft on the river is a great way to visit the Valley and spend a good time in our mountains of the Pyrenees.
In the spring, we offer rafting or cano-raft, stable and inflatable boats, with crews from 2 to 8 people and the monitor guide.
Specific equipment provided: combination and sock in neoprene, cuts wind, helmets and vests. Return by minibus shuttle incluse.

The "3 Lakes": 6km, time: 1 h 30 (departure: Sinsat Lake arrival: Lake of Ussat). Small course family to start boating safely.
The 'classic': 12km, time: 2 h 30 ("starting: Sinsat Lake arrival: Lake of Bompas). Discover a preserved nature in a site only accessible in canoë-kayak.
For beginners choose to be accompanied by a monitor who will pass on its know-how, or for more insiders go autonomy by renting our boating equipment.
